Because The Garlic Company is vertically integrated, we have control of our entire California operation, including the way our garlic is grown, harvested, processed and sold. We make sure each garlic crop is given the utmost care from the moment it's planted. We monitor its growth and carefully harvest it. Then we store it on site in our controlled-atmosphere, cold storage facility, and send it through our state-of-the-art processing and peeling lines. In addition to being tested by our in-house quality assurance laboratory, our products are also subject to third-party inspection at every step along the way.

Fresh and frozen garlic possess high flavor notes that are lost in the dehydration process. Fresh garlic gives true garlic flavor that dehydrated garlic can never provide.
